ME graduate students and faculty won an award at the ASME International Energy Sustainability Conference

A paper authored by ME graduate students, Byeongho Yu & Dongsu Kim, and ME professors Heejin Cho and Pedro Mago, has been selected to receive the 2nd Place Best Paper Award from the Advanced Energy Division & Solar Energy Division at the 2019 ASME International Conference on Energy Sustainability held in Bellevue, Washington.  The title of the paper is “A Non-Linear Auto-Regressive With Exogenous Inputs (Narx) Artificial Neural Network (Ann) Model For Building Thermal Load Prediction.”

The ASME Energy Sustainability Conference is focused on identifying innovative technologies, research and design advances, and solutions toward a path of renewable and other energy sustainability options, including utility-level integration.
