Hodge Wins the Tony Tilmans Service Award for ASEE SE

Congratulations go to Dr. Keith Hodge, a mechanical engineering TVA Professor and William L. Giles Distinguished Professor for winning the Tony Tilmans Service Award for ASEE SE.The Tony Tilmans Service Award is given to the member of the Southeastern Section of ASEE who has rendered outstanding service to the Section.
Hodge joined ASEE shortly after he came to Mississippi State as an assistant professor. Since that time, he has moved up the faculty ranks while taking on numerous leadership roles with the organization. He has served as section president and mechanical engineering division chair at the national level. In 2006 he was inducted as a Fellow of the ASEE. As an author, he has four ASEE award winning papers to his credit. Additionally, he has served as chair of a number of committees including one charged with rewriting the section’s constitution and bylaws.
