ME Department climbs to 24 in NSF research rankings

In a recently released report, the National Science Foundation ranked our Mechanical Engineering department 24th in research expenditures among 271 Mechanical Engineering Departments in the U.S. The total research and development activity of the ME department for fiscal Year 2015 was $12.6MM. The ME department was ranked 27th last year and 33rd the year before that.
